`Duties:`
- Perform abatement activities in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove, build, restore, and clean affected areas
- Follow established procedures for containment, removal, and disposal of hazardous materials
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of asbestos, lead, mold, or other hazardous substances
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas requiring abatement
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
`Skills:`
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for abatement activities
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to hazardous material removal
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors
