We are seeking experienced Asphalt Paving Personnel to join our team. As an Asphalt Paving Personnel, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of asphalt roads, driveways, and parking lots.
Responsibilities:
- Pave Surfaces: Lay asphalt on roads, driveways, and parking lots using specialized equipment.
- Operate Heavy Equipment: Utilize heavy machinery such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers to complete paving projects. Skid Steer Asphalt Unloading and Feeding Paver an asset*
- Build and Repair: Assist in constructing new asphalt surfaces and repairing existing ones.
- Ensure Quality: Monitor the quality of work to meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Follow Safety Guidelines:
Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in asphalt paving or construction is required.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
