Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will support lead instructors in delivering engaging and effective lessons while fostering a positive learning environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to help students achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

- Assist lead instructors in planning and implementing lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Provide support to students during lessons, ensuring they understand the material and feel encouraged to participate.
- Help maintain a positive classroom atmosphere by promoting respect, cooperation, and enthusiasm among students.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead instructors regarding individual student needs.
- Prepare instructional materials and assist with classroom organization and management.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions,



and professional development opportunities as required.
- Contribute to the development of a secure and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Experience

- Previous experience in an educational setting or as an instructor is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students of diverse backgrounds.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering student success.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in supporting instructional goals.
- Familiarity with educational technology and tools is a plus but not mandatory.
