This position offers hands-on exposure to the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and acquisition of large-scale, mixed-use high-rise residential developments across the Greater Toronto Area.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Acquisitions, and working closely with the firm's Partners and senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a meaningful role in evaluating investment opportunities, shaping strategic decisions, and executing transactions from origination through closing.
