Our client, a leading consumer products organization, is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join their Canadian marketing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has built a strong foundation in marketing or brand management and is ready to take the next step into greater brand ownership and responsibility.

This is a hands-on role supporting product commercialization, new product launches, retail marketing, digital content, and brand execution, while working closely with Sales, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Creative.

Key Responsibilities

- Support commercialization and new product launches from concept through execution.
- Coordinate packaging, digital content, retail/POP assets, sales materials, and launch deliverables.
- Adapt U.S. brand initiatives and products for the Canadian market.
- Support product development initiatives and manage cross-functional project timelines.
- Partner with Sales on retailer initiatives, presentations, and marketing programs.
- Support digital content development and broader in-house brand marketing initiatives.

What They're Looking For





- 2–4 years of progressive marketing/brand experience, ideally within CPG, consumer products, retail, or manufacturing.
- Experience at the Assistant Brand Manager, Associate Brand Manager, or Marketing Specialist level with readiness to take the next step.
- Exposure to commercialization, product launches, retail marketing, or product development.
- Digital content/in-house marketing experience is a strong asset.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
- Hands-on, adaptable, proactive, and genuinely excited to learn and grow.

Non-Negotiables

- Comfortable working on-site in Scarborough, five days per week.
- Willing to roll up their sleeves and balance brand thinking with hands-on execution.
- Solid interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
