Manage and support a broad range of construction dispute matters from strategy through resolution Lead and assist with construction lien and trust claims, delay and deficiency disputes, and contract disputes Advise on and advance matters under the Construction Act, including prompt-payment and adjudication proceedings Contribute to litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution proceedings Minimum 3+ years of construction litigation or dispute resolution experience Working knowledge of the Construction Act (liens, holdbacks, trust claims, prompt payment and adjudication) an asset Demonstrated commitment to high-quality work Market-competitive salary competitive with the bay street market for 3- year calls #
