Build scalable trade data platforms. This role is part of RBC Capital Markets Data Strategy & Execution and is responsible for delivering trusted, governed, AI-ready data capabilities. Partner with business, technology, operations, risk and finance.

Lead strategic transformation initiatives. Drive data quality, controls and governance. Manage stakeholder communications up to executive level. Champion cloud, AI and automation. Develop reusable data products and APIs.

Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field. ~Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation. ~ Proven leadership in enterprise data strategy, governance or engineering. Graduate degree and experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, cloud platforms and AI-enabled data management.
