Associate, Quality Assurance

Leamington, ON $23.00 - $24.38/hour Rotating Day & Afternoon Shifts

Help Shape the Quality Behind Canada's Leading Cannabis Products

Are you detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about ensuring products meet the highest standards? Auxly is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join our growing team in Leamington, Ontario.

In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the quality and compliance of our cannabis manufacturing operations. Working closely with Production and Quality teams, you'll help ensure every product meets regulatory requirements, internal standards, and customer expectations before reaching the market.

What You'll Do

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you'll play an important role throughout the manufacturing process by:

- Inspecting incoming materials and completing quality checks before they're approved for use.





- Supporting production readiness through line clearance and cleaning verification activities.

- Performing in-process testing and product sampling to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

- Reviewing production and batch records for accuracy and completeness.

- Identifying and escalating quality concerns, non-conformances, or compliance issues.

- Monitoring the implementation of approved process changes and new product launches.

- Working within quality management and enterprise software systems to document and track activities.

- Assisting with investigations related to deviations, complaints, and quality events.

- Supporting the development and continuous improvement of SOPs, forms, and work instructions.

- Participating in internal and external audits alongside Quality leadership.

- Promoting a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Taking on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're open to a variety of backgrounds and experiences. You may be a outstanding fit if you have:

- <1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, manufacturing, or a related production environment; or

- Post-secondary education in Science, Quality Management, Engineering, Biotechnology,



or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures consistently.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.

What Will Give You an Edge The following qualifications are considered assets:

- Experience using ERP, QMS, or other manufacturing software systems.

- Previous experience working in a GMP, GPP, pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing environment.

- Knowledge of the Cannabis Act and cannabis industry regulations.

- Experience participating in audits, investigations, or quality improvement initiatives.
