Overview

We are seeking a skilled attic insulator to join our team as a lead hand . We are looking for a individuals who can be independent and responsibly complete jobs in a timely manner. Willing to teach additional skills that are not currently possessed. Pay increases with skill and reliability. Must have reliable transportation and valid license to drive work vehicles.

Duties include but are not limited to

- installation of loose fill blown-in attic insulation
- upgrading current roof/attic ventilation
- installing rigid foam board

- installing weather stripping
- insulation removals
- maintenance of tools and equipment
- keeping track of inventory/stock
- keeping a clean work environment
- driving company vehicle/box truck

- basic client communication

Experience

- Previous experience installing insulation is a must.
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in the insulation process





- Knowledge of carpentry/ building envelope
- Ability to remember instructions and stay focused on the current task is critical
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

We are looking for someone who is intelligent, skilled and has valuable character that wants to grow with our company.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
