Role: Automation Testing Lead – Tosca, Guidewire, P&C; Insurance

Waterloo - Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Automation Leads with solid expertise in P&C; Insurance, Tosca Automation, and Guidewire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading automation testing initiatives, driving quality assurance best practices, and working within Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead automation testing efforts for P&C; Insurance applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Guidewire environment.
- Support Agile development teams by participating in sprint planning, test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Drive automation strategy, test coverage, and continuous quality improvements.
- Ensure testing deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.




- Mentor and guide team members on automation best practices.

Required Skills

- Automation Testing expertise, preferably Tosca
- Guidewire (GW) experience
- Agile methodology experience

Required Experience

- 10+ years of overall experience.
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance.
- Hands-on experience with Tosca Automation.
- Experience working on Guidewire implementations or support projects.
- Experience leading automation testing initiatives in Agile environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leading testing efforts across complex enterprise applications.
