Easy access to get to work The Customer Care Representative collects payment for the repairs from customers, explains all repair order charges. The CCR handles a high volume of incoming service calls and must maintain a high level of professionalism. The CCR books customer service appointments either by phone or in person as well as coordinating service shuttle rides.

CCR would work effectively with other employees to resolve problems with warranty, internal or customer pay repair orders. The CCR workload can vary depending on the department load from each day. Regular responsibilities are listed below and include any other duties as assigned.

- Professional handling of a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Appointment Scheduling and Service Recommendation.
- Cashiering and discussing work order repairs with a high volume of customers.
- Tracking Service appointments and checking for outstanding recalls.
- Uses computer and other record keeping systems to manage information.
- Maintains an organized and professional environment.

In Addition:
- Greet all customers promptly,



provide timely qualified service.
- Maintains accuracy in close out to ensure the customer is billed the correct amount.
- Provides an explanation of the work done to the customer at the time of pick up.Aid the customer with shuttle service or alternate transportation as necessary.
- Checking in with waiting customers

Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 Diploma.
- 1 year of Customer Service Employment.
- Ford Dealership experience is an asset
- Must have a pleasant and engaging personality.
- Must be able to work with the public providing customer service in an environment that may have background noise and distractions.
- Must be able to work in team-oriented atmosphere
- Organized and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Able to answer multi-line phone system, with high volume of phone calls
- Able to handle a high volume of customers retrieving their vehicles
- Computer skills, Experience with PBS is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and Active listening skills, fluent in written and spoken English. 2nd language is an asset.
- Ability to problem solve and use decision making techniques.
- Reliable.
