Royal Oak Nissan is looking for an experienced Automotive Detailer / 3M Installer to join our team!

The Automotive Detailer / 3M Installer is responsible for professionally detailing and preparing vehicles for customer delivery, as well as installing 3M/PPF and other vehicle protection products. This position plays an key role in ensuring vehicles are presented to our customers in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

Wash, clean, polish, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors

Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, including sold and new vehicles

Install 3M/PPF and other vehicle protection products with a high level of quality and precision

Use a variety of hand tools, detailing equipment, and machines

Inspect completed work to ensure vehicles meet dealership quality standards

Identify and report any damage, repairs, or replacement needs to the appropriate supervisor





Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow proper procedures for handling detailing products and equipment

Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

Minimum one year of 3M/PPF installation experience required

Automotive detailing experience

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

Product knowledge is an asset

Ability to consistently meet quality and productivity expectations

Desire to provide excellent results and exceed customer expectations
