We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has automotive parts knowledge and a strong customer-service mindset — but we’re flexible on experience for the right person. If you’re motivated, reliable, eager to learn, and take pride in doing things right, we can help you build the skills you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right parts and accessories.
- Use automotive parts catalogues and our DMS to accurately identify and locate parts.
- Supply technicians with the parts they need while minimizing wait times.
- Coordinate parts requirements with Service, Sales, Body Shop, and other departments.
- Receive, check, organize, and stock incoming parts.
- Assist with ordering parts and monitoring special orders and backorders.
- Notify customers when their special-order parts arrive.
- Maintain accurate parts and repair-order records.
- Help maintain strong inventory control and an organized Parts Department.
- Sell and promote parts and accessories using excellent customer-service and retailing skills.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and parts-related needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work closely with your teammates to keep the department running efficiently.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Have automotive parts knowledge or previous automotive experience.
- Have dealership Parts experience or are eager to learn the business.
- Enjoy working with customers and helping find solutions.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Can work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Are comfortable learning and using computer systems and parts catalogues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
- Take pride in teamwork and getting the job done right.

What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Automotive or Parts experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates with transferable experience and the right attitude.
