Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep our customers’ vehicles running smoothly and reliably.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and technical manuals
- Perform repairs including engine work, brake replacements, suspension adjustments, and electrical system troubleshooting
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs accurately and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting and the use of power tools to maintain a secure work environment
- Interpret technical schematics and repair manuals to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs




- Maintain detailed records of all service work performed for each vehicle
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements

Skills

- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience demonstrating strong mechanical knowledge
- Skilled in welding, assembly, and the use of various hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately
- Experience with heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy workshop setting
- Knowledge of automotive systems including electrical, engine, transmission, suspension, and brakes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about repairs needed
- Strong maintenance background with experience in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Mechanic experience combined with familiarity in using diagnostic software is highly desirable
