Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in scheduling service appointments with clarity and professionalism
- Manage the appointment calendar efficiently, balancing customer needs with shop capacity
- Communicate clearly with technicians and service advisors to coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages to enhance customer value and dealership revenue
- Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or deposits for scheduled services
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain detailed records of appointments,

Requirements

- Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service operations is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand repair processes and communicate effectively with technicians
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive approach to client interactions
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency
- Experience in sales or promoting automotive repair services is a plus
- Cash handling experience to manage payments accurately and securely
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
