Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair procedures, estimates, and recommended services clearly and confidently
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs, ensuring timely completion of work
- Manage parts inventory, locate required parts swiftly, and assist in ordering when necessary
- Upsell additional services or parts that enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of all service activities,

Qualifications

- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle systems and repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers of all backgrounds
- Experience in sales or upselling to maximize service opportunities
- Familiarity with automotive parts inventory management and cash handling procedures
- Mechanical experience or familiarity with automotive systems is a valuable asset
