Duties

- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, providing detailed information on recommended services
- Write detailed repair orders, accurately documenting customer concerns and technician instructions
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services
- Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle longevity and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Requirements

- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of automotive service processes
- Mechanical experience or automotive repair knowledge is essential for effective communication with technicians and customers
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Proven sales ability, including upselling services in a professional manner
- Strong mechanical knowledge to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
