Duties

- Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport from the first interaction
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues using data entry skills
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs, upselling additional maintenance when appropriate
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and communicate updates to customers
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications via phone and digital channels, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette




- Assist customers in understanding service costs and payment options while promoting dealership services through effective sales techniques
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle histories with precision analysis skills

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles within the automotive industry or related fields
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish or other languages are highly desirable
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of automotive services, maintenance procedures, and upselling strategies is a plus
- Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for serving our diverse customer base
