Our team is rapidly expanding, and we're currently looking for a Remote Automotive Service Advisor (Service Writer) to join our virtual service coordination team. The ideal candidate will be a team player and a virtual team builder.The Remote Service Advisor serves as the primary digital liaison between our service centers and our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their maintenance and service needs in an efficient, professional, and entirely virtual manner while adhering to the highest standards of Customer Service.

Responsibilities
- Virtual Client Intake: Greet clients via phone or digital channels, review vehicle inspection data, accurately assess customer needs, and obtain digital signatures during check-in.
- Calendar & Shop Coordination: Coordinate remotely with on-site shop employees to manage booking calendars and eliminate scheduling conflicts.
- Proactive Communication: Keep in touch with clients throughout the entire service process via phone, text, and email to keep them fully informed.
- Digital Documentation: Maintain precise documentation on electronic work orders,



ensuring all required repair data is collected and updated.
- Database Management: Update automotive computer databases, including customer information, parts and inventory control, and digital ordering/returns.
- Remote Invoicing: Organize and receive digital payments securely, authorizing the physical release of the vehicle to the owner after servicing.
- Workflow Management: Ensure successful shop management by coordinating schedules and optimizing bay capacity from a remote environment.
- Additional Duties: Complete additional virtual administrative duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience working as an automotive service advisor or service writer preferred.
- Software Skills: Experience with Alldata, Mitchell, or similar automotive shop management software is an asset.
- Communication: Strong customer service and communication skills are needed.
- Workplace Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Education: Minimum High school diploma or GED is required.
- Remote Workspace: A quiet, dedicated home office setup with high-speed, reliable internet connection.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
