B Pressure Welder - Shutdown - Lacombe County , Alberta (Job Number: 128493)

PCL Energy is seeking Journeyperson B-Pressure Hand Welders for shutdown work, at a project in Lacombe County, AB. September - October Work Conditions & Remuneration

- Journeyperson base wage: $52.00/hr
- LOA: $165 per day worked, for those that qualify
- Travel allowance (drive in/drive out): $113.00 per rotation, for those that qualify
- 10% vacation/stat pay
- 4.0% RSP contribution
- 4.0% pension, including employer matching
- DAY and NIGHT shift ($3.00/hr night shift premium)
- Must successfully pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test
- Must have own transportation
- Safety training provided

As a B-Pressure Welder for our PCL Energy Edmonton District , you will contribute to our team by:

- Holding a valid Journeyperson Welder certificate with B-Pressure ticket
- Successfully completing weld qualifying tests
- Demonstrating robust experience in carbon, stainless, and duplex steel welding
- Having excellent communication skills
- Being able to work in a group or alone
- Being able to take direction
- Being safety conscious and adhering to all PCL safety processes and policies
- Meeting qualification and training requirements based on specific work conditions
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Other qualifications may be required
