Whitevale Golf Club is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Back Shop Attendants for the upcoming golf season.

The Back Shop plays an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being around the game of golf, and providing excellent service in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival
- Load and unload golf bags from vehicles and golf carts
- Maintain and organize the bag storage and staging areas
- Assist with the daily preparation and staging of golf carts
- Clean and maintain golf carts and other back shop equipment
- Assist members and guests with golf bags, push carts, and other equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the back shop and surrounding areas
- Assist with member and guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Support the Professional Shop and golf operations team as required
- Follow all club policies and procedures,



including safety guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Shop Management Team

Qualifications

- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Able to perform physical duties, including lifting and moving golf bags
- Previous golf course or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Knowledge or interest in the game of golf is considered an asset
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
