Duties

- Assist bakers with preparing ingredients, and assembling baked goods in accordance with recipes and food safety standards
- Help with food handling and packaging to ensure products are presented attractively and safely for sale or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, baking equipment, and storage areas in compliance with health regulations
- Support food preparation activities for both baked items and other kitchen offerings, ensuring timely service during busy periods
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to uphold high standards of hygiene and quality throughout the baking process

Skills





- Experience in food preparation, baking, or kitchen environments within the food industry is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Bakery experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for eager learners
- Knowledge of packaging methods for baked goods to ensure freshness and quality during sale or delivery
