Reporting to the Bakery/Deli Manager you will be responsible for the following:

- Demonstrating Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Excellence
- Working co-operatively with team members who deliver excellent service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here”
- Preparing sandwiches, salads, pizzas, hot food items, proofing, baking, and packaging bakery items
- Assembling deli meat and cheese trays
- Merchandising deli counters and rotating products
- Organizing, labeling, and rotating bakery products
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
- Performing general housekeeping

What you bring:

- Able to work daytime shifts in addition to evenings, weekends and stat holidays
- Experience in retail in a similar position
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge




- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
