Shift Options

- Day Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (+$1.00/hour Shift Premium)

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a bandsaw safely in a meat processing environment.
- Cut meat products accurately according to production specifications.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety,



and sanitation procedures.
- Complete quality inspections during production.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all health and safety policies.
- Work with the production team to achieve daily goals.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Bandsaw Operator, Meat Cutter, Production Operator, or Food Manufacturing Operator.
- Experience in meat processing, food manufacturing, or food production.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (0°C-4°C).
