Responsibilities

- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, ensuring all tables, linens, glassware, and utensils are perfectly arranged.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team.
- Attend to guests’ needs during events by providing attentive guest services, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Clear tables efficiently after each course or event segment, ensuring the venue remains tidy and inviting throughout the event.




- Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; experience in hospitality or food service is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent guest services with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and basic food preparation is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience with hotel or event venue operations is advantageous but not required.
- Commitment to food safety standards and proper hygiene practices throughout service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for events.
