Duties

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering expert recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure a safe workplace.
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.




- Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continually elevate your styling expertise.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by building rapport with clients and ensuring they feel valued during every visit.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related cosmetology fields.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and actively listen to client needs.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine interest in client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with retail sales processes and front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Valid cosmetology or barber license as required by local regulations.
