Moe Style Barbershop is a premium men’s grooming destination with more than 450 five-star reviews and a strong base of repeat clients. We are looking for an experienced, professional barber who takes pride in delivering excellent haircuts, grooming services and customer experiences.

Required Barbering Skills The successful candidate must be highly skilled and confident in:

- Skin fades
- Low, mid and high fades
- Taper and blowout-taper fades
- Burst fades and drop fades
- Modern mullets
- Textured crops and modern hairstyles
- Classic men’s cuts
- Scissor-over-comb and clipper-over-comb techniques
- Scissor cuts and longer hairstyles
- Curly, coily and different hair textures
- Beard trimming, shaping and blending
- Straight-razor lineups, neck shaves and face shaves
- Hair and beard product selection and recommendations

Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome clients professionally and provide friendly service.
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand the client’s desired haircut, length, fade level, beard shape and styling preferences.
- Recommend styles that complement the client’s hair texture, growth pattern, head shape and lifestyle.
- Perform modern and classic haircuts consistently and efficiently.
- Perform beard grooming and straight-razor services safely.
- Provide hair washing, scalp massage and hot-towel services according to Moe Style standards.
- Explain and recommend suitable styling and grooming products.
- Maintain clean and properly disinfected tools, equipment and workstations.
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation and infection-prevention requirements.
- Manage appointment times while maintaining excellent service quality.




- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings.
- Support teammates and assist with daily shop cleaning and closing duties.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Represent the Moe Style brand professionally in person and on social media.

Qualifications
- Professional barbering experience is required.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern haircuts and fades.
- Must be prepared to complete a practical haircut demonstration.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English for client consultations, service instructions and workplace safety.
- Additional languages are an asset.
- Strong customer-service and consultation skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well with a team.
- Available to work weekends and busy periods.
- Knowledge of professional barbering tools and grooming products.
- Ontario Hairstylist Certificate of Qualification, provisional certificate, or active registered-apprentice status, as legally applicable.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
