Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and enthusiasm
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide friendly, personalized service
- Handle food preparation and serving duties, ensuring all items meet food safety standards
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations




- Support food safety protocols by adhering to proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards

Skills

- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for effective cashiering and transaction processing
- Knowledge of the food industry standards for food safety and handling practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Ability to serve quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and order accuracy
- Strong communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members
