We are looking for full time and part time workers for current positions into the fall as well as can stay on in the winter.

Open to work at our Stanley bridge location as well until October when it closes For the season.

Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at The Willow Bakery & Cafe. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and ensuring a delightful experience for our customers in a vibrant café environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and baked goods.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and workstations.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
