Job Qualifications:

- Bubble tea/kitchen experience preferred
- Long term commitment staff (at least 6 months)
- Familiar with bubble tea industry
- Fast learner and outgoing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

- Cashier: manage order
- Shaker: make drinks
- Prep: prepare materials in the kitchen
- Additional cleaning and assigned tasks

We are currently hiring for CoCo Baristas/Cashiers.

Location: 230 North Service Rd W, Oakville, ON L6M 2Y3

Position: Full Time & Part time

Work Schedule: Flexible & Long Term

Compensation: Hourly pay

Job responsibilities and functions as a CoCo Baristas include but not limited to the following:

-Working in a fast paced and social environment that delivers a world class guest experience.

-Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the CoCo brand.





-Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.

-Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.

-Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

-Provides quality beverages consistently to customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards as set forth by Coco's standards.

-Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

-Ability to speak fluent Chinese is an asset.

Required Knowledge and Abilities

-Ability to learn quickly

-Ability to work in a team environment

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements

-Assists with a variety of bar-related functions as needed

-Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage

-Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine

-Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around bar area

-Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
