We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. If you enjoy creating great coffee, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Demonstrate basic latte art skills (hearts, tulips, rosettas) and maintain beverage presentation standards
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Restock inventory and assist with opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and consistency

Qualifications

- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Ability to dial in espresso and steam milk properly
- Basic latte art skills required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Smart Serve

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
