Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and food handling with integrity and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food preparation areas, equipment, and dining spaces
- Assist in food preparation and serving light snacks or baked goods as needed




- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met at all times

Requirements

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently without compromising quality
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tasks, and work collaboratively within a team
