The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Barista to deliver exceptional coffee and hospitality at House of McGrath. You'll prepare high-quality beverages while supporting front-of-house service and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. Perfect for hospitality professionals with strong barista skills and previous experience as a server, busser, or hostess.

Key Responsibilitie

- sPrepare and serve espresso-based beverages, coffee, tea, and other menu items with consistency and attention to quality
- .Provide warm, attentive guest service while taking orders and responding to guest requests
- .Support front-of-house operations, including serving, bussing, seating guests, and maintaining smooth service during peak times
- .Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, service areas, and guest spaces
- .Restock supplies and ensure the bar is prepared for efficient daily service

- .Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to create a seamless guest experience
- .Follow health/safety protocols and assist with opening/closing duties
