Bar, we believe that every cup of coffee tells a story, and we want you to be a part of that journey! As a barista, you'll have the opportunity to craft everything from classic espressos to innovative seasonal beverages, all while engaging with our fantastic clientele.

You’ll work closely with a friendly team, ensuring that each customer feels valued and leaves with a smile. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso, latte, and more.




- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Introduce new beverage recipes and presentation techniques.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

- English is a must.
- Food Safety Certification.
- Previous 2+ years of experience as a barista role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Russian /Ukrainian languages preferred.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
