As a Coffee Bar Attendant, you’ll provide outstanding guest experiences through warm service and quality beverages. This role focuses on preparing coffee, smoothies and other drinks, serving a bar section, and keeping the bar area clean and welcoming. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive attitude to every shift, we want to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities

● Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.

● Offer knowledgeable menu and beverage recommendations, including allergy alternatives.

● Ensure accurate, timely order delivery and resolve any concerns professionally.

● Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, cocktails, and other beverages to standard.

● Manage all aspects of table/bar service, from order-taking to maintaining clean, stocked stations.

● Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system, adhering to all policies.

● Monitor inventory, maintain compliance with health standards, and communicate effectively with the team.

Job Requirements

● Must have a valid ProServe certificate.

● Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

● A minimum of two years of experience as a bartender, server, or barista is preferred.

● Fluent in both written and verbal English.

● Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

● Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, stoop, and bend. Must be able to stand and move for extended periods to perform essential job functions.

Pay: $15.00-$19.52 per hour
