We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused bartender to join our team at a rapid-paced sports bar. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, knows how to keep the drinks flowing, and creates a fun and welcoming environment for patrons.

Drink Preparation & Service:

- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Serve beer on tap and bottled drinks with proper glassware and presentation.
- Prepare high-volume orders during peak hours (game nights, weekends, events).

Customer Service:

- Greet customers promptly and with a friendly attitude.
- Engage with patrons, create a fun vibe, and foster a loyal customer base.
- Handle special requests and resolve customer issues professionally.

Cash Handling & POS:

- Process payments (cash, credit cards, tabs) using POS systems efficiently.
- Balance cash drawer and close out shifts accurately.
- Open and close tabs, ensuring proper ID checks and age verification.





Cleanliness & Bar Maintenance:

- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
- Wash glassware, restock garnishes, napkins, straws, and bar tools.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Sports Bar Atmosphere:

- Maintain awareness of televised games and bar events.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during game rushes.
- Help set the tone of the bar with music, sports updates, and fan engagement.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Banff, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
