We are seeking a dynamic, friendly, and energetic individual to join our team at Rally at Sherwood Village as a Bartender, Server, and Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the front desk. This versatile role offers an exciting opportunity to interact with guests, provide exceptional hospitality, and help create a fun and welcoming environment for our pickleball community.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences. This paid position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced social environment and wants to develop their skills in hospitality, food and beverage service, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in at the front desk
- Assist guests with court bookings, reservations, memberships, and general inquiries
- Take and serve beverage orders efficiently while maintaining presentation and service standards
- Provide attentive table service, including taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and responding to guest needs
- Process payments and handle cash accurately using POS systems
- Maintain proper food safety and handling standards
- Keep the bar, front desk, and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Manage multiple responsibilities effectively during busy periods
- Answer questions about the menu, pickleball facilities, events, memberships, and available services
- Create a fun, positive,



and memorable experience for every guest
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in serving, bartending, hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is an asset
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for working with people
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and social environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
- Comfortable handling cash, payments, and POS systems
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and making change
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service is an asset
- Previous food and beverage experience is preferred but not required
- Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn
