Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently handle food and beverage orders, and create a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety, POS systems, and excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Duties

- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly as per standard recipes
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Serve food and drinks promptly while managing multiple tables efficiently
- Monitor guest needs throughout their visit to ensure a positive experience
- Follow food handling procedures to uphold health and safety regulations in the food industry

Requirements





- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Solid customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and attentiveness
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and calculating bills or tips
- Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Must be at least 19 years old or older to serve alcohol responsibly
