Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for children with developmental and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will empower children to achieve their full potential through evidence-based strategies, data-driven decision-making, and compassionate care.

Duties

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral strengths and challenges of children with developmental needs
- Design and implement tailored behavior intervention plans aligned with best practices and client goals
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings
- Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational standards




- Educate families on behavior management techniques and support strategies for home and community settings

Skills

- Proven experience working with children in clinical, educational, or therapeutic environments
- Robust understanding of special education principles, developmental milestones, and behavioral interventions
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward children and families
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health and developmental disorders
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems for documentation and data collection
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data accurately to inform treatment plans
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and stakeholders
