Esthetician The

Esthetician provides esthetic treatments and services to client specifications and as per Holt Renfrew standards. Provide facial and other skin treatments, using specialized products and techniques in accordance with department standards and client specifications Recommend appropriate products based on analysis of client needs Develop a personal clientele and build client loyalty Work in partnership with (Designated) Beauty Advisors to ensure clients are booked to effectively maximize productivity Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures. Esthéticien(ne) / L’esthéticien(enne) Fournit des soins du visage et d’autres soins cutanés en utilisant des techniques et des produits spécialisés conformément aux normes du rayon et aux spécifications des clients.

Exécute les promotions selon les directives du (de la) directeur(trice) de vente, notamment la prise de rendez‑vous, la mise en place de présentations satellites et la préparation d’offres spéciales. Supporter la ligne pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes. Envoie des notes de remerciement à tous les clients utilisant le service pour la première fois.

S’assure que les soins sont terminés selon l’horaire et prodigués de façon intégrale et professionnelle. Effectue les tâches relatives à la tenue des stocks au besoin.
