Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Banking Associate . The position involves providing day-to-day operational support within a dynamic team workplace, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering excellent service. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in credit operations, lead small teams, and gain insights into small business processes.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $27.70/hr

Responsibilities

- Manage daily volumes to meet service timelines
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards
- Exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and risk controls
- Communicate clearly with internal partners and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate attendance reliability and accountability
- Support team efforts and participate in ongoing training
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Desired Skill-Set

- Data entry experience (minimum 3 years)
- Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills




- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Banking industry experience
- Credit operations background
