- The expected base salary range for this position is $19/Hr - $21/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Position Summary:

- We are seeking a Bilingual Data Entry Operator to join the New Accounts and Documentation team in Montreal.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, entering, and maintaining account-opening documentation while ensuring a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established processes.

- This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate effectively in English and French.

- The position offers an initial 3-month contract with a robust possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time employee based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review account-opening documents received from the Front Office and ensure information is complete, accurate, and consistent with system records.

- Verify documents, forms,



and supporting information before processing.

- Compile, sort, and validate data prior to entering it into internal systems.

- Accurately enter, retrieve, update, and edit information using computer systems and templates.

- Compare entered data against source documents to identify discrepancies and errors.

- Locate and correct data-entry errors or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.

- Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy while processing varying volumes of files.

- Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up as required.

- Attend team meetings and communicate issues, concerns, and potential process gaps.

- Escalate issues promptly when they may impact processing timelines or data accuracy.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer/client information.

- Work collaboratively with team members and keep managers informed of relevant issues or delays.

- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 2-3 years of relevant data entry, documentation, operations, or administrative experience.

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

- French proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is strongly preferred/considered an important requirement.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documentation.

- Demonstrated ability to work accurately under time-sensitive conditions.

- Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Technical Skills:

- Excel - strong proficiency required.

- Word - strong proficiency.

- PowerPoint.

- Access.

- Adobe PDF and document-management tools.

- Outlook and general MS Office functionality.

- Ability to successfully complete a data-entry speed and accuracy assessment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working within a financial institution, bank, wealth management, or other financial-services setting.

- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks.

- Presentation and PowerPoint experience.

- Experience working with account-opening, client documentation, or financial-services processes.

Training:

- Comprehensive training will be provided during the first 1-2 weeks. Training will be conducted in person and/or through Webex.

- The successful candidate will be paired with a training partner who will provide guidance, answer questions, and support the candidate throughout the onboarding process.
