Role Description: As a Data Entry Clerk Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data records. You will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and managing a wide range of data, ensuring that it is up-to-date, error-free, and readily accessible to support various departments within the company.

Fluency level bilingualism in English and French is a must (oral and written)

The schedule is

- 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

- Accurately input and update data into our systems and databases following established guidelines and procedures.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data to maintain data integrity and prevent errors.
- Help customers with buying decisions while implementing upselling opportunities.
- Process and update customer orders/quotes and/or changes to orders/quotes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow-up on orders, customer requests, complaints, returns and advise of any delays in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.





Qualifications

- High School Diploma (DES) and/or any other relevant diploma for this position.
- Fluently bilingual in English and French (oral and written).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Previous experience in sales (an asset).
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office and SAP (an asset).
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Energetic, hard-working, resourceful, with a positive attitude and love for teamwork!
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time.
- Robust communication, organization skills and attention to detail.
