Insight Global is looking for an PC Support Technician to join our client in the HCM space. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users in a timely and productive manner. Your primary responsibilities will include desk-side support and diagnosing issues related to laptop, desktop, and printers.

You will also be responsible for the setup of devices and equipment for new users. You will be required to provide support to all associates onsite and must be fully bilingual (French/English).
