Biology Subject Matter Expert (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for biology experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your scientific knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex biology problems — from cell biology to biochemical pathways to molecular genetics. Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design challenging, graduate-level biology questions to rigorously test AI reasoning and knowledge

Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with scientifically sound logic and explanations

Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of scientific reasoning

Identify weaknesses in AI outputs and provide structured, actionable feedback

Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Masters-level biology topics





Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Pursuing or holding a Master's degree (or higher) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field

Strong command of advanced biology concepts across multiple domains (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology, ecology, microbiology)

Able to break down complex scientific ideas into clear, precise written explanations

Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific accuracy

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

No prior AI experience required Nice to Have Experience in academic writing, tutoring, or curriculum development

Background in data annotation, quality evaluation, or research methodology
