We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Collision Repair Shop team full time. In this vital role, you will manage financial records, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and support the smooth operation of our accounting functions. Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded
- Conduct account analysis and prepare reports to support financial decision-making
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Assist with budgeting activities and monitor expenses against budgets
- Reconcile accounts regularly and resolve discrepancies promptly to uphold financial accuracy

Requirements





- Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance standards
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation tasks accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors
- Prior experience in a collision repair shop or automotive environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is considered an asset, but is not required
