Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our busy and growing dry cleaning and laundry facility in a full time capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks (online version) is essential.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Monitor cash flow and daily sales reports.
- Manage customer and vendor accounts.
- Prepare HST/GST filings and other government remittances.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting.




- Maintain filing systems and financial documentation.
- Support management with financial analysis and budgeting.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous bookkeeping experience required (experience in the dry cleaning, laundry, or service industry is an asset).
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and payroll processing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
