Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to work in progressive, state of the art specialist offices. This position will be Full-Time with Bookkeeping experience required. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented with great communication. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities and Duties may include:

- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks
- Participating in monthly financial meetings,
gather data and create charts
- Cheque recording
- Timesheet and payroll tasks (completed once a month)
- Tax documents
- Bank reconciliation
- Managing cash box and daily deposits
- Managing group insurance
- Printing and compiling reports
Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for a professional who demonstrates the following clinical and interpersonal skills:
- Experience with Bookkeeping work
- Bookkeeping or Accounting certificate or equivalent work experience is an asset
- Must be computer proficient and learn new software easily (dental software's used in our office are Ortho2 Edge and Curve Hero)
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work during applicable business hours
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer care skills in person and on the phone
- Must be willing to travel between multiple offices within the city
