We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to work in progressive, state of the art specialist offices. This position will be Full-Time with Bookkeeping experience required. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented with great communication. It is also key that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities and Duties may include:

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks
Participating in monthly financial meetings,
gather data and create charts
Cheque recording Timesheet and payroll tasks (completed once a month)
Tax documents
Bank reconciliation
Managing cash box and daily deposits
Managing group insurance Printing and compiling reports Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for a professional who demonstrates the following clinical and interpersonal skills:
Experience with Bookkeeping work
Bookkeeping or Accounting certificate or equivalent work experience is an asset
Must be computer proficient and learn new software easily (dental software's used in our office are Ortho2 Edge and Curve Hero)
Excellent communication skills
Availability to work during applicable business hours
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficient in English, both written and verbal Excellent customer care skills in person and on the phone
Must be willing to travel between multiple offices within the city This position offers:
