DZ- Boom Truck MANUAL

We are seeking a agile and safety-conscious DZ-Boom Truck MANUAL Operator to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will operate specialized boom trucks to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure projects progress smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Duties

- Operate boom trucks safely and efficiently to lift and transport materials, equipment, and supplies on construction sites.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of the boom truck, including checking mechanical systems, safety devices, and load capacities.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to determine the best approach for lifting and placing materials.
- Use rigging techniques to secure loads properly before lifting; ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations.




- Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel using effective communication skills to coordinate movements and ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, inspections, and load details for compliance purposes.
- Assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting or minor repairs as needed to keep equipment operational.

Skills

- Proven construction experience with a solid understanding of site safety protocols.
- Proficiency in operating boom trucks and familiarity with crane operations.
- Strong rigging skills with knowledge of load securing techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment.
- Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with team members and clients; customer service mindset is a plus.
